We want you to be complete satisfied with your purchase.  If you’re not, we want to make it right. 

Return Policy

1. Request an RMA

Contact customer service at support@myluvkins.com to receive an RMA number.  

2. Mail the product back to us

Be sure to include your RMA number in the return address:

3. Receive your refund

It can take up to 7 days for us to process your return and refund your purchase to your original payment method.  Additional time may be requried for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card.  Unopened packs of MyLuvkins will receive a refund of the orignal purchase price less original shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your decision to purchase MyLuvkins. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, we’ll allow you to return Unopened packs of MyLuvkins for a refund.

 

Returns

Returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the original purchase date.  All returns must be unopened.

 

Return Process

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing support at support@myluvkins.com.  Once you have received your RMA number, please mail the product to the following address.  Be sure to include your RMA number in the return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and postage.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product and inspecting it’s condition, we will process your return.  It can take up to 7 days for us to process your return and refund your purchase to your original payment method.  Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unopened packs of MyLuvkins will receive a refund of the original purchase price less original shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  

Exceptions

Defective or damaged products are subject to different refund policies.  If you received a product that you feel is defective or damaged, please contact customer service at support@myluvkins.com.

Opened products may not be returned.
